Here’s a creative holiday presentation idea.
Use fresh sage leaves, cranberries and fresh goat cheese (as the glue), to mimic holly leaves and berries. You could use ACTUAL holly leaves and berries, but they are not always available. This is an alternative using commonly available ingredients.
Use to decorate cheese displays, antipasto platters or other buffet presentations.
